Sarkis launched his real estate career in Sydney, where his dedication and keen market insight quickly set him apart. His move to the UAE in 2013 marked a pivotal chapter, where he built a dynamic career. In Dubai, Sarkis not
only thrived but also pioneered an Industrial real estate division, managing transactions that surpassed A$230 million. His proven ability to handle high-end deals and meet customer needs in a fiercely competitive market highlights his exceptional talent.
Returning to Australia in 2017, Sarkis founded My Property Guy with a vision to revolutionise the
real estate experience. Leveraging his extensive network and deep-rooted expertise from both the UAE and Australia, he has driven the company to extraordinary heights, achieving over $500 million in purchases. His leadership exemplifies a steadfast commitment to making the real estate journey as seamless and rewarding as possible for every buyer. Sarkis’ expertise encompasses transaction management, strategic business planning, property development, and addressing the diverse needs of clients and investors. His dual licensure in NSW and Dubai underscores his versatile skill set and cements his reputation as a leading figure in the global real estate arena.

Luke Kassis – Associate Buyers Agent
Luke brings a wealth of experience to the property space,
blending hands-on construction expertise with a growing passion for real
estate.
Starting out as a Carpenter, Luke spent two years mastering
the craft before stepping into roles as a Builder, Project Manager, and Foreman.
Over six years, he led projects from start to finish, gaining a solid
understanding of property design, structure, and quality.
In the past year, Luke has transitioned into Property
Management, focusing on inspections and building strong client relationships.
This role has given him a fresh perspective on the property market and deepened
his understanding of what buyers are looking for.
Currently studying for a Bachelor of Property and Business,
Luke is combining his practical experience with academic knowledge to better
serve his future clients.
Luke’s goal is to step into the world of buyer’s agency, where he can use his unique blend of skills and experience to guide clients toward smart, confident property decisions.
